Kombucha Workshop with Evita Shen

Grow Wānaka is thrilled to host Evita again this year for a series of workshops beginning with Kombucha, where she'll walk us through the ingredients, how to make our own homebrew, how to look after your scoby, the in's and out's of the second brew to add flavours, and trouble shooting along the way plus tasting! Bring a sterilised 350ml jar to take home a bit of scoby.

We'll be running a Lacto-Fermented Vegetables Workshop ahead of this one if you'd like to participate in both.

The Workshop will run from 5pm to 6pm on Friday Sept 25th at Grow Wānaka Community Garden.
