Lacto-Fermented Vegetables Workshop with Evita Shen

Grow Wānaka is thrilled to host Evita again this season beginning with a Lacto-Fermented Vegetables Workshop where she walks us through the health benefits of lacto-fermented veggies, which vegetables work best, the method of lacto-fermenting, and then we'll be making our own jars of LF-veggies to take home. We'll be running a Kombucha Workshop after this one if you'd like to participate in both.

The Workshop will run from 3pm to 4:30pm on Friday Sept 25th at Grow Wānaka Community Garden.
